• We carry $5,000,000 of liability insurance
• On-site WCB-compliant Trade Safety Coordinator and/or Construction Safety Officer
• Active memberships with various government and industry associations
• Labour Warranty: 5 or 10 year for Flat or Sloped Roofs
• Material Warranty for Sloped Roofs: from 5 years up to a lifetime
• Material Warranty for Flat Roofs: from 5 years up to 20 years
• 5-year Labour and up to 40-year Manufacturers’ guarantees on shingles

Additional Guarantees:

• 5-year and 10-year RCABC fully insured guarantees are also available for an extra fee
• Additional manufacturers’ warranties are also available
